ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – The family of an Orlando woman killed last year in a wrong-way crash is offering a cash reward for information leading to the arrest of the other driver, who is accused of DUI manslaughter and has a warrant for his arrest after failing to appear in court, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

The crash occurred late Aug. 17, 2023, as the 41-year-old woman traveled north on Balcombe Road, south of Braxted Drive, troopers said. A van that was traveling south on Balcombe Road — driven by Valerio Sebastian Domingo, who would now be 25 — entered the woman’s direct path as Domingo failed to negotiate a right-hand curve, according to FHP.

The woman tried to swerve out of the way, but the front left of the van struck the left side of the car, an FHP crash report states. Both drivers and a 40-year-old Orlando man who was a passenger in the woman’s vehicle were taken to hospitals, where the woman was pronounced dead, troopers said.

Domingo was arrested several days later. Records show he posted $25,000 bond that October and failed to appear in court for a hearing in November. The woman’s family says he’s been missing for a year now.

“My family is trying to get the justice it never received,” the woman’s sibling said in a statement to News 6.

The woman’s family is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading investigators to Domingo. News 6 has otherwise confirmed with FHP that there is an active full extradition warrant for Domingo’s arrest regarding failure to appear.

Anyone with information on Domingo’s whereabouts is urged to contact FHP or Crimeline.
