Orlando police respond to reports of mass shooting in downtown

ORLANDO, Fla. – Dozens of Orlando police officers have responded to reports of a mass shooting in downtown.

An emergency call came into dispatchers just after 1 a.m. Friday morning indicating several people had been shot in the area of Central Blvd. and Orange Avenue.

News 6 has reached out to the Orlando Police Department for confirmation on the shooting and any injuries, but have not heard back.
