The Orange County Board of County Commissioners in January authorized the use of the Tourist Development Tax revenues (TDT) for multiple projects, including $400 million for Camping World Stadium that covers increasing seating capacity from 63,000 to 65,000.

For the Kia Center, $226 million worth of improvements will go towards new elevators and escalators and concourse renovations.

The funding approval is also part of the county’s annexation deal that prevents Orlando from annexing 52,000+ acres of the Deseret Ranch property.
