SANFORD, Fla. – A person died Thursday night after being stabbed in Sanford, according to police.
The Sanford Police Department responded to the area of E. 25th Street and Willow Avenue, where they found the victim, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police later said that based on a preliminary investigation, it appears the victim’s wounds could have been from “self-induced actions.”
No other information, including the victim’s name and age, has been released.
An investigation is ongoing.
