WINTER GARDEN, Fla. – A missing Florida woman and her two children were located out of state Friday afternoon, leading to the mother’s arrest, according to the Winter Garden Police Department.
Earlier this week, police announced that the mother — Tierra Nikel Bradshaw, 30 — was supposed to bring the children back to their father, as he is their primary custodian under a court-order parenting plan.

However, she failed to do so, prompting a search for the whereabouts of Bradshaw and the two children, a release from the police department shows.
“The address provided by Bradshaw to the court for the parenting plan is not her address, and Bradshaw has failed to return phone calls to law enforcement to let us know the children are safe,” the release reads.
Police identified the two children as 10 and 5 years old.
The release states that one child had not been in school for the past three days, and the other has cerebral palsy — both issues that sparked concern for their well-being.
But on Friday, police announced that Bradshaw had fled the state and was staying with family in Indiana, where she was ultimately located and brought into custody.
“The two children were checked medically as a precaution and were placed in the temporary custody of the Indiana Department of Child Services until their father can arrive to take them home...” police said. “We would also like to remind all parents with shared custody that disputes should be handled civilly and in court.”
No additional information has been provided at this time, including what charges Bradshaw may face.
