The St. Cloud Police Department said the trio used a car reported stolen out of Kissimmee to drive around the Summer Cove community and targeted ”Kia brand vehicles to steal, and other vehicles to burglarize.”

The department said the teens used the car “as a battering ram to drive through the wall of Signal Zero Supplies on Commerce Center Drive.” Then, once the car got stuck, the teens ran away and used a “rideshare app to try to escape,” police said in a Facebook post.

Officers conducted a traffic stop on the rideshare vehicle and took the three into custody.

The three teens face multiple charges, including grand theft and criminal mischief.

Anyone with information or who may have been affected by the burglaries is asked to call 407-891-6700.
