‘Ready for the next chapter:’ Winter Park restaurant announces closure after 26 years

WINTER PARK, Fla. – A Winter Park restaurant that has graced Park Avenue for 26 years announced it will close its doors.

The restaurant, 310 Park South, located at 310 South Park Ave. posted on social media saying, “310 needs to be rejuvenated and rebranded into a different concept.”

Several popular Orlando-area restaurants have announced their closure in 2024 including Pom Pom’s Teahouse & Sandwicheria, Ethos Vegan Kitchen, Farm & Haus and DaJen Eats, to name a few.

McMahon, who also owns the Partridge Tree Gift Shop, said, “This was my life. I love what I do. So when you know what needs to be done but really can’t do it, someone else will.”

The restaurant’s last day will be Dec. 31.
