MOUNT DORA, Fla. – Clear those spaces on your wall because the 50th annual Mount Dora Arts Festival is right around the corner.
The free event, which is held annually on the first weekend of the month, runs Feb. 1-2 on the streets of historic downtown Mount Dora.

Organizers promise 300 fine artists lined along the streets that will also feature entertainment, beer, music and festival food.

The festival is hosted by Mount Dora Center For the Arts, a nonprofit located at 138 E 5th Ave.
While you look for a place to park, take advantage of the city’s free shuttle service that runs on the weekends.
Powered by two electric vehicles, a new on-demand electric shuttle service is designed to alleviate long-standing parking challenges in Mount Dora’s downtown area, by reducing traffic congestion and freeing up limited parking availability by providing an accessible alternative to driving.
