Ninja power unleashed: Ocoee gym for kids provides fun way to stay fit

Watch full interview at the top of this story

OCOEE, Fla. – One local business in Ocoee is celebrating its first anniversary.

Friday morning on Breakfast With Bridgett, I talked to brothers Javier and Fernando Delgado, owners of USA Ninja Challenge.

The kids gym, inspired by American Ninja Warrior, is located in the West Oaks Mall near the tax collector’s office. Kids 2.5 to 17 years old can participate in classes, camps, courses and parties at the facility.

The brothers, who have five children between them, say the skills kids learn encourage growth on the physical, mental and social levels.

Interestingly enough, ninja style obstacle courses will be part of the 2028 Olympics!
