ORLANDO, Fla. – UPDATE: Melvin Carter has been found in good condition, the Orlando Police Department said before noon Saturday.
ORIGINAL STORY: Police are searching for a man who was reported missing several days ago out of Orlando.
Melvin Carter was reported missing on Feb. 12, the Orlando Police Department said in a news release.
He’s 5 feet, 5 inches tall, has a white beard, weighs about 105 pounds and was last seen wearing a red and black plaid jacket with blue jeans, according to police.
Carter is known to frequent areas around Conway Road between Curry Ford Road and E. Michigan Street, as well as Goldenrod Road near Lake Underhill Road, the release states. He left his residence without his cell phone or any money, police said.
Anyone who sees Carter or has knowledge of his whereabouts is urged to contact Orlando police.
