LAKE COUNTY, Fla. – Lake County deputies have arrested a homicide suspect after searching for him on Friday, according to the sheriff’s office.

The Lake County Sheriff’s Office said Friday on social media that it had a warrant for Justin Fout, 31, for homicide, adding 38-year-old Patricia Neeley is considered a person of interest in the case and is also being sought.

Officials said the homicide took place Thursday on Colby Place in Sorrento, but no other details about the death investigation have been released.

Fout and Neely fled the scene in the white van pictured below, which the sheriff’s office described as having a black spray-painted right rear door and a broken-out window in the left rear door.

The sheriff’s office said the van should have front and rear damage and red transfer paint on its rear from striking another vehicle, adding it was last seen to display the Florida tag No. CX8651, yet the license plate is improper and not assigned to the van.

Fout and Neeley frequent the Orlando area but were reportedly homeless and living out of the van, according to the sheriff’s office.

Later on Friday afternoon, the sheriff’s office announced that deputies had caught Fout, bringing him into custody.

Meanwhile, those who may see Neeley or know of her whereabouts are asked to not approach her and to instead call 911 or the sheriff’s office.

Anyone with information on Fout, Neeley or the van is urged to contact Detective Fadee Lutfi at 352-343-2101 or by emailing tips@lcso.org.
