April's full moon is known as the "Pink Moon"

ORLANDO, Fla. – On Saturday evening, be sure to look into the sky for the “Pink Moon,” the fourth full moon of 2025.

According to NASA, April’s full moon is called the Pink Moon after the herb moss pink, one of the early flowers of spring – not because of the color of the moon.
