TAVARES, Fla. – A person was caught on surveillance video stealing an entire vape display from a store in Tavares, according to the police department.
In a release on Wednesday, police said that the male was spotted going into the store and taking the display, which had around 30 vapes.

“After pacing through the store to build the courage to make the poor life choice, this male reached over the counter, grabbing the entire display and took off running with his friends,” the release reads.
Now, police are asking members of the community to speak up if they know his identity.
“If you know this male or you notice your son is suddenly walking around with a lot more than chore money in his pocket, let us know,” the release concludes.
