SpaceX launches late-night Starlink mission from Space Coast

Launch targeted 1:14 a.m. Saturday

BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. – SpaceX early Saturday launched another Starlink mission from the Florida coast.

The Falcon 9 launch was set for 1:14 a.m. at Space Launch Complex 40 in Cape Canaveral Space Force Station.

The 45th Weather Squadron had forecast an 80% chance of favorable weather conditions at launch tim.

The launch marked the 26th flight for the first-stage booster in use, having previously flown with CRS-22, Crew-3, Turksat 5B, Crew-4, CRS-25, Eutelsat HOTBIRD 13G, O3B mPOWER, PSN SATRIA, Telkomsat Marah Putih 2, Galileo L13, Koreasat-6A and 14 other Starlink missions, according to SpaceX.

After stage separation, the booster landed on SpaceX’s A Shortfall of Gravitas droneship in the Atlantic Ocean.
