ORLANDO, Fla. – Countless polls show undecided voters make up a small piece of the likely voters in the November presidential election, but they exist, even after Tuesday night’s debate.

Polls and studies also indicate there are thousands of “low-propensity” voters in every state. These are people who are registered to vote who don’t vote all the time, or at all.

  • 17.6% said they were not interested
  • 14.5% said they didn’t like candidates or campaign issues
  • 14.5% said they had another, unspecified reason
  • 13.1% said they were too busy or their schedule conflicted with voting
  • 13% said they were ill and disabled and therefore not able to vote
  • 6.1% said they were out of town
