Opening set for $3M pickleball complex at Central Winds Park in Winter Springs

WINTER SPRINGS, Fla. – A ribbon-cutting ceremony commemorating the opening of Central Winds Park’s new pickleball complex will be held Saturday in Winter Springs.

Mayor Kevin McCann and Winter Springs commission members will attend the ceremony, scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. Following the ribbon-cutting, commissioners and other dignitaries will take to the courts to open play.

The $3.1 million pickleball complex -- the largest in Seminole County -- features 14 tournament-capable courts. The park also added new restrooms and expanded parking.
