New merch, New Orleans-flavored treats revealed for Tiana’s Bayou Adventure

BAY LAKE, Fla. – The bayou is calling.

Before Walt Disney World officially welcomes guests to its newest attraction, they’ve given a first look at Tiana’s Bayou Adventure attire and menu.

Imagineers have dedicated years to capturing the spirit of New Orleans for the flume ride inspired by “The Princess and the Frog” and the same can be said for the creative and culinary teams.

Magic Kingdom Park

Golden Oak Outpost (Available June 28 through Sept. 6)

• Hot Honey Chicken with Sweet Potato Fries: Chicken nuggets tossed in hot sauce-honey served with New Orleans olive relish and Cajun-spiced sweet potato fries (New)
• Shrimp Gumbo with Sweet Potato Fries: Shrimp and Andouille sausage gumbo topped with Cajun-spiced sweet potato fries (New)
• Tiana’s Famous Beignets: Light, sweet, and fluffy beignets with powdered sugar and drizzled with honey

Pinocchio Village Haus (Available June 28 through Sept. 6; mobile order available)

Bring bayou flavor home

Mama Odie’s Hot Sauce and Dooky Chase’s Seasonings will be available at the Emporium starting June 28 and at Critter Co-Op once it opens.

It’s the best beverage to pair with those beignets.

You can pick up your own bag of Disney Tiana Bayou Beignet coffee at Joffrey’s Coffee and Tea Co. at The Landing at Disney Springs or at Joffrey’s website.

Shop before and after you drop

Starting June 28, you can find the collections for Tiana’s Bayou Adventure and Disney Animation’s “The Princess and the Frog”-inspired merchandise at the Emporium at Magic Kingdom.

There’s even a water-resistant pouch to keep your phone dry during your log flume ride.

And, shortly after the attraction debuts, the merchandise will hop over to Critter Co-Op in Frontierland where those musical critters Tiana made friends with in the bayou like to hang out in their free time.
