ORLANDO, Fla. – We’re getting our first look at a new assortment of wands that will be up for grabs in Epic Universe’s “Harry Potter” world.
Shared on Friday by official “Harry Potter” social media accounts, the announcement touts the handiwork of esteemed artisan wandmaker Cosme Acajor. She’s framed as a contemporary to Garrick Ollivander, the famed wandmaker who has shops at Universal Orlando’s Hogsmeade and Diagon Alley areas.
This character appears to be the one behind Cosme Acajor Baguettes Magique, the wand shop set in 1920s Paris, France, at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter — Ministry of Magic.
“Her unique approach to wandlore and Parisian couture influence come together to create not only a fine wand, but a work of art,” the posts state.

Specifics on the new wands were not immediately available, thus the picture at the top of this story is all we get for now. These wands seem to incorporate elements seen in Art Nouveau, the famous art movement of the late 1800s and early 1900s which drew inspiration from natural forms.
Guests exploring the streets of wizarding Paris can use their interactive wands to cast spells here and there, triggering actions by fantastic beasts and jostling enchanted objects in storefront windows and other areas throughout Place Cachée.
Epic Universe opens May 22, 2025.
