TAMPA, Fla. – Experience fun and flavor at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay’s Food & Wine Festival and Concert Series, running Fridays through Sundays from March 7 to May 18.
The theme park teases new culinary cabins, a new line-up and newly-added concerts on Fridays, according to a press release from the park.

The festival and concerts are included in park admission, with headlining concerts on Saturdays and additional artists performing Fridays and Sundays, Busch Gardens said.

Food & Wine Festival Menu
Taste bold new flavors from around the world including cuisines from the Caribbean, India, South America and Europe. Busch Gardens will have over 15 culinary cabins of food, desserts, and drinks to sample and try from.
Here are some of the dishes being offered at the festival:
- Smoked Jerk Chicken, Caribbean Rice, Mango Salsa (Jamaica)
- Caramelized Banana with Rum and Vanilla Ice Cream (Jamaica)
- Churrasco-Inspired Grilled Beef, Garlic-Cilantro Yucca (Chile)
- Roasted Lamb Rack (New Zealand)
- Chickpea Masala, Basmati Rice (Vegetarian) (India)
- Butter Chicken, Basmati Rice (India)
- Halifax Donair: The Canadian version of a gyro – Greek-style beef wrapped in pita, sliced onions, tomato, topped with sweetened condensed milk and garlic sauce. (Canada)
- Nanaimo Bar: A crispy layer of graham cracker crust topped with a creamy custard layer, all held together with a coconut topping (Canada)
- Albondigas: Pork and beef meatballs roasted, simmered in a spicy tomato sauce with chipotle peppers, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese (Spain)
- Seafood Paella (Spain)
- White Bean Cassoulet: Slow-cooked white beans, vegetables, cured bacon, duck confit, finished with fresh herbs and a toasted French baguette (France)

Exclusive festival sampler lanyards, VIP seating
Guests can purchase a Festival Sampler Lanyard online or at various locations throughout the park to sample various items from the culinary cabins throughout the park.
The VIP Seating Package starts at $39.99, offering reserved seating at the concert field near the front of the stage, a complimentary beverage, and access to a VIP bar, according to their website.
Guests must be 21 years or older to consume alcoholic beverages.
