  • Pastel paradise: Each year, Gaylord Palms horticulturists transform the resort’s 4.5-acre atrium into a rainbow of pastel blossoms with more than 1,000 brightly colored daffodils and tulips planted in the giant indoor garden. In the heart of the atrium is the Eggspression Garden, a whimsical trail with larger-than-life painted eggs and an Easter egg archway at the entrance.
  • Gnomes on the roam: Embark on a whimsical scavenger hunt in search of pint-sized gnomes in the Garden Gnome Getaway Scavenger Hunt. Using a booklet of clues, guests search high and low for these magical guardians of the forest. Gnomes hide in plain sight and in secret spots along the enchanting trails throughout the Gaylord Palms atrium.
  • Glow big or glow home: When night falls at Gaylord Palms, a salute to springtime takes place in the skies above on the resort’s light curtains in the “Bloom” light show. Pastel flowers, bunnies and other springtime images appear on the animated, LED light curtains suspended from the ceiling.
  • Splash into spring: Cypress Springs, the 3-acre water park at Gaylord Palms, celebrates the season with the Sunshine Splash Bash, held on select dates. A DJ leads the fun on the pool deck, spinning tunes and hosting high-energy games while keeping the party going all day. At night, the giant video wall at Cypress Springs lights up on Fridays and Saturdays during the celebration with an exciting line-up of Dive-In Movies. Guests can enjoy some of Hollywood’s best family-friendly hits from the feature pool and all around the pool deck
  • A visit from some-bunny special: The Easter Bunny plans to make special appearances in the Eggspression Garden on April 5, April 12, April 19, and April 20 in 30-minute meet-and-greets from 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
  • Springtime adventure: Younger explorers are invited to join The Adventure Kids – Seth the Sea Turtle, Ava the Alligator, and Adventure Kid Sophie – at Cypress Springs Water Park for a fun-in-the-sun, interactive meet-and-greet experience.
  • Meet Florida’s critters & creatures: On Saturdays, guests can enjoy up-close Animal Encounters with Florida’s amazing animals and learn how these famous Sunshine State creatures adapt to springtime weather and contribute to the overall ecosystem. In addition, guests can enjoy a virtual wildlife experience in Wildlife Rescue, presented by bubly, an augmented reality (AR) experience in which guests utilize their smartphones and a free app to search for special markers throughout the resort.
  • Glow like springtime with spa treatments: Relâche Spa is introducing two new packages for spring – the Spring Awakening massage and facial package and the Blossom Beauty facial and manicure package. Spring Awakening includes a Swedish massage paired with a Gua Sha Glow facial, and Blossom Beauty is a luxurious spa pedicure and Gua Sha Glow facial.
  • Package the springtime fun: Two Spring in Bloom packages are offered and guests can enjoy accommodations, $50 in resort credit and a scavenger hunt booklet for the family. The Premium Spring in Bloom package upgrades the accommodations to an atrium-view room, perfect for viewing the nightly “Bloom” light show.
