A federal appeals court won’t lift an order barring the Trump administration from deporting Venezuelan migrants to El Salvador under an 18th century wartime law.

Officials say a man affiliated with Tren de Aragua, a U.S.-designated Foreign Terrorist Organization from Venezuela, has been arrested in Florida.

A federal judge barred the Trump administration Saturday from carrying out deportations under a sweeping 18th century law that the president invoked just hours earlier to speed removal of Venezuelan gang members from the United States.
