MARION COUNTY, Fla. – A Marion County man and woman accused of killing a criminal information were indicted Tuesday on federal charges, according to the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida.

was found deceased in her parked vehicle near a cemetery in Oxford, Florida, the victim of an apparent drug overdose.
They’re both facing charges of murder of a government witness, conspiracy to murder a government witness and conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and fentanyl.
The Drug Enforcement Administration is investigating the case with support from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, the Unified Drug Enforcement Strike Team, the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office and the Clay County Sheriff’s Office.
