ORLANDO, Fla. – Storm storms swept across Central Florida Sunday bringing lots of rain and hail in some areas. Tornado warnings were issued for Marion, Flagler and Volusia Counties and expanded into Seminole, Lake, Orange and Brevard as the line of storms moved through the afternoon. Daytona International Speedway officials evacuated the grandstands after the Daytona 500 Race had to be stopped because of the storms. Several fans told Local 6 they couldn't stand the rain, so many called it a night early, missing most of the race. Several viewers sent pictures to Local 6 of hail that came down in Sanford.
