Gideon’s Bakehouse will hold its grand opening for its Disney Springs location Saturday. Gideon’s first location opened in 2016 at Central Florida’s original food hall, the East End Market, along Corrine Drive in Orlando. According to the Disney Springs website, the entertainment complex opens at 10 a.m. on Saturday. Steve Lewis, the owner of Gideon’s Bakehouse, spoke with Florida Foodie last year about the expansion into Disney Springs.
