A federal judge in Texas is barring the Navy from taking action for now against sailors who've objected to being vaccinated against COVID-19 on religious grounds.

Eddy, of Atlanta, had just slid into the water from a private boat when a large shark, estimated at 10 feet, latched onto his shoulder. Dukes, without hesitation, dove into the water and pulled Eddy to the safety of the boat,” Deputy Christopher Aguanno wrote in his report. Several other snorkelers from other boats were already in the water when the attack happened, the deputy wrote.
