The state attorney’s office in Brevard County files formal DUI charges against two Brevard County school principals.

Two Brevard County principals face DUI charges in separate arrests over the weekend, according to the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office.

Jeffrey MacDonald was convicted in 1979 in the three slayings that occurred at his family home at North Carolina's Fort Bragg. Even if they did apply, he added, MacDonald's request should be denied because he's never shown remorse and won’t accept responsibility for his crimes. “This is a request for a person who murdered his wife and his children ... for compassionate release,” Harris said. Harris said the venue for MacDonald to petition for release would be the U.S. Parole Commission. That commission denied his release request in 2005 and set it aside for 15 years.

Two lucky men in Central Florida scratched their way to a million dollars. Brezillard, 32, also claimed $1 million by playing the $5,000,000 Cashword Scratch-Off game. The winning ticket was bought by Brezillard from Quick Stop at 708 Delaware Avenue in Fort Pierce. The Fastest Road to $1,000,000 scratch-off $30 game started in February and the overall odds of winning are 1 in 2.79.
