While the officers were inside, Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer was outside dressed as Santa for the morning, raising money for the Boys & Girls Club on the radio. Orlando police officers and Shades, with the Orlando Solar Bears, went on a shopping trip for 10 children this Christmas. Academy Sports also donated some equipment to the Boys & Girls Club of Central Florida and presented them with $1,000, a gifts they hope will help support local kids through after school programming and mentorship.

Condon, 29, joins Orlando after posting a 3-2-1 record in six appearances with Syracuse this season, sporting a 4.10 goals-against average and a save percentage of .877. Condon has appeared in 43 career ECHL matches with the Wheeling Nailers and Ontario Reign, going 26-13-4 with seven shutouts, a 2.11 goals-against average and a .932 save percentage. Windsor went 1-1-1 with a 1.95 goals-against average and a save percentage of .946 in three appearances last week. Last season, he went 4-2-1 in eight appearances for the Solar Bears with a 2.48 goals-against average and a save percentage of .926. During his senior season, Windsor was named the Goaltender of the Year for Ontario University Athletics after leading all USports goaltenders with a save percentage of .930. Windsor went 26-49-10 with one shutout, a 4.24 goals-against average and a save percentage of .913 in 100 total OHL contests.

One grand prize winner will also appear in The Orlando Sentinel and Orlando Magazine, as well as on billboards and venue advertising including the Amway Center JumboTron and Solar Bears collateral materials. The Orlando Solar Bears will begin playing in the ECHL at the Amway Center in October 2012.
