The man, who was not wearing a seat belt, was ejected from his car into the eastbound lanes, troopers said. Investigators believe the man was run over by more than one eastbound vehicle, with those drivers possibly unaware that they struck the victim, the FHP said. All eastbound lanes of I-4 are closed in the area for hours but reopened about five hours later.
