OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. – A crash involving three semitrailers prompted the closure of the Florida Turnpike in Osceola County, officials said.
The crash happened Friday morning in the southbound lanes of the turnpike at mile marker 195.

Southbound lanes of the turnpike were closed in the area, according to authorities, and drivers were diverted onto U.S. 192/441 at exit 244, according to the Osceola County Fire Rescue.
Rain fell across Central Florida on Friday, but the cause of the crash is not known.
