JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A 61-year-old man died early Tuesday in a crash with a Road Ranger on a Florida bridge, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
The fatal wreck happened around 3:25 a.m. on I-295 north on the Buckman Bridge in Jacksonville, the FHP tweeted.

The FHP said the Road Ranger pickup truck and a Toyota pickup collided on the bridge, sending the Toyota over a concrete barrier wall and into the water below.
The driver of the Toyota, a Jacksonville man, died in the wreck, an FHP crash report said. The Road Ranger, a 23-year-old Jacksonville man, was not injured.

The cause of the wreck is under investigation, troopers said.
