ORLANDO, Fla. – An armed carjacking led to a police pursuit early Monday on State Road 408 in Orlando, closing the roadway for hours, police said.
Orlando police said around 3 a.m. officers located the stolen vehicle in the area of Curry Ford Road and Semoran Boulevard.

Officers attempted to stop the vehicle, but it fled, police said.
A vehicle pursuit was authorized and ended on S.R. 408 east near the Alafaya Trail exit, according to police.
Authorities said all the suspects were detained without incident.
Police did not specify when or where the carjacking took place, whether anyone was injured in the carjacking or how the pursuit ended.
S.R. 408 east was closed for hours, but the roadway was later reopened.
