Portillo’s celebrates new location in Clermont

CLERMONT, Fla. – Sometimes being “On Patrol” includes some good food spots. Today, we are headed to Portillo’s in Clermont!

The new restaurant, located at 1251 East Highway 50, will celebrate with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 10 a.m., followed by a grand opening event where Portillo’s VP of Restaurant Support, Michael Portillo will present charity partners, Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida and Education Foundation of Lake County, with a check.

Portillo’s Clermont, the company’s sixth restaurant in the state, will host a grand opening celebration on Tuesday, Jan. 9, at 10:30 a.m., following a formal ribbon cutting ceremony at 10 a.m. that will include Portillo’s VP of Restaurant Support, Michael Portillo.

During the ceremony, Portillo’s will also present its charity partners, Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida and Education Foundation of Lake County, with a check to help support each organization’s important efforts.
