According to an FHP crash report, the Merdeces-Benz was traveling eastbound on West Colonial Drive in the center lane.

The woman was walking in a northerly direction on West Colonial Drive and entered the car’s direct path, the report states. Though there are marked crosswalks at the Dorscher Road intersection, troopers said that the woman was not in one of them.

The front of the Mercedes-Benz struck the woman, the report states. She was taken to a hospital and was pronounced dead, troopers said. The driver and passenger in the car — a 29-year-old woman and 24-year-old woman, respectively, both of Orlando — were not injured in the crash, according to the report.

FHP is still investigating.
