Are vehicles allowed to be parked on public sidewalks in Florida?

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – Right down the road from our office is the intersection of John Young Parkway and Colonial Drive.

Just saying that out loud most people would understand this has to be a very busy area. Just south of there, though there are a few mechanic shops and used car dealerships that park their excess vehicles on public sidewalks. The question has been presented, is this OK?

Today On Patrol, we’re going to drive down there and take a nice observation and then will break down whether this is allowed.
