APOPKA, Fla. – All northbound lanes of State Road 429 were forced to temporarily close Sunday afternoon due to a crash, according to the Florida Department of Transportation.
The crash was reported around 1 p.m. before mile marker 35, near Yothers Road.
Traffic cameras at the scene observed vehicles being diverted away from the crash, as well as scores of first responders and a helicopter on the roadway.
The scene had been cleared and traffic was seen to be flowing again by around 2:30 p.m.
No other details have been shared or confirmed at the time of this report.
