ORLANDO, Fla. – Let’s face it — traffic signals are everywhere. Red, yellow, green — they’re the most basic form of communication we have on the road. Yet, somehow, they still manage to confuse people daily. (Yes, we’re looking at you, the person who slams on the brakes at a green light.)
