SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. – Today, I was joined by local firefighter and St. Baldrick’s Foundation representative Jon Clayton as we geared up for an event that’s all about making a difference — one shaved head at a time.
This Sunday at Citrus City Craft, the community is coming together for a St. Baldrick’s head-shaving event, raising funds and awareness for childhood cancer research.
And to really drive the message home, we got Justin Esteras from Seminole County Fire stepping up for a live head shave during our stream. That’s right — watch as he goes from full coverage to freshly buzzed, all in the name of charity.
Beyond the razors and the fresh cuts, this event is about hope, support and standing with children battling cancer. The St. Baldrick’s Foundation has been a champion in this fight, funding life-saving research and ensuring that kids have a fighting chance.
So, whether you want to donate, sign up to brave the shave yourself, or just cheer on the brave souls taking the plunge, this is your chance to be part of something bigger. Get the details and maybe — just maybe — you’ll feel inspired to rock the bald look, too! See you Sunday at Citrus City Craft!
Watch our stream again at the top of this story.
