Man arrested in celebratory gunfire death in Kissimmee

Police said 56-year-old Carmen Neira Ochoa was hit by a bullet and killed early on Jan. 1 in a Kissimmee neighborhood. Police on Friday identified Carlos Tejada, 44, as the suspect in the case.
