Lawsuit filed against Spectrum News 13 parent company after death of reporter

A lawsuit announced Wednesday accuses Charter Communications of negligence in the death of a news reporter in 2023. Attorney Mark NeJame held a news conference about the lawsuit, filed by the estate of 24-year-old news reporter Dylan Lyons, who was shot and killed while covering a story about a fatal shooting earlier in the day.
