Driver in crash that killed TikTok influencer Ali Spice sentenced to jail

A 24-year-old man who was behind the wheel of one of the vehicles in a crash that killed a TikTok influencer and two others will spend 202 days in jail after being convicted of vehicular homicide. Devin Perkins could have gone to prison for life for the December 2022 crash on State Road 44 in Volusia County.
