Ex-deputy stalked missing Titusville woman’s niece, court records allege

A former Brevard County corrections deputy arrested in connection with the disappearance of 72-year-old Jessie Kirk is under a restraining order for allegedly stalking the missing woman’s niece last year, court records show.
