Sanford man not immune under 'Stand Your Ground' after fatally shooting teen robber

A Sanford man potentially facing decades in prison for allegedly shooting and killing a teenage robbery suspect in 2019 is not immune from prosecution under Florida’s so-called “Stand Your Ground” self-defense law, a judge recently ruled.
