DELAND, Fla. – A man was spotted beating several Volusia County Sheriff’s Office vehicles with a bat Wednesday.
Deputies said Michael Anthony Alicea, 28, was seen at their District 4 headquarters in Deltona.
Images from the headquarters show multiple windows were smashed in or broken.

Alicea was later arrested wearing the same black t-shirt and grey athletic shorts that he was wearing during the incident.
Deputies said he is currently being held at the District 4 headquarters.
