Halloween-themed food truck event coming to Volusia County

Includes a free concert by Packrat’s Men of the Swamp

DAYTONA BEACH SHORES, Fla. – Daytona Beach Shores plans to welcome a Halloween-themed food truck event next weekend.

The event will take place on Oct. 29 from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Shores Pavilion and McElroy Park and will feature live entertainment, games and a variety of food trucks.

Admission to the event is free and will feature trucks such as The Reel Maine Lobster, Freeze Your Brain Shaved Ice, Get N Roasted Rotisserie & Grill and much more, according to organizers.

Food trucks will be open from 4:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. and a live concert from Packrat’s Men of the Swamp will begin at 5 p.m.

Guests are encouraged to bring along lawn chairs for the concert as seating will not be provided.

According to organizers, there will be candy, fun for the kids and costumes are welcomed.
