ORLANDO, Fla. – We speak about driving under the influence to the point that we are blue in the face. But how often do we talk about drowsy driving?

Driving with not enough sleep can cause similar if not the exact same effects while driving under the influence. Although not intentional, we must have the proper sleep before getting behind the wheel.

On Patrol, we are going to talk about these effects and what you should do if you are feeling drowsy behind the wheel. We will also address the proper locations for you to pull over and ensure that you were operating behind the wheel safely.
