FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. – An 81-year-old Bunnell man was struck and killed by a vehicle Wednesday afternoon in Flagler County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Troopers said the fatal crash happened around 5 p.m. on County Road 305, south of County Road 2006.

According to an FHP crash report, an SUV driven by a 31-year-old Bunnell woman was traveling north on County Road 305 when she failed to slow down for traffic and swerved to the right.

As a result, the SUV struck the man, who was killed, the FHP said.
Troopers did not specify if the man died at the scene or at a hospital.
