1 seriously injured in I-95 rollover crash involving 2 semis in Volusia County

VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. – A 44-year-old man was seriously injured early Monday in a rollover crash involving 2 semitrucks on Interstate 95 in Volusia County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

The crash happened around 4 a.m. in the southbound lanes near mile marker 272.

According to a preliminary crash report, two semitrucks and a 2018 Chevrolet Impala were involved in the wreck.

The Chevrolet driver, a 44-year-old Palm Coast man, was taken to the hospital with serious inuries.

No other information has been provided.

The inside lane is open while the middle and outside lane are blocked.

An investigation is ongoing.
