VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. – A 19-year-old woman was struck and killed early Wednesday on International Speedway Boulevard in Volusia County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The crash happened around 12:40 a.m. near Kepler Road.

According to a crash report, the Daytona Beach woman was in the outside lane of International Speedway Boulevard when she was hit by an SUV driven by a 38-year-old DeLand man.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver was uninjured and remained on scene.
An investigation is ongoing.
