It’s not mainly because of rain that we will see the chance for flooding but the wind bringing onshore high seas, especially for Volusia and for Flagler counties.

Expect a 60% coverage of rain Monday, mostly east of I-75, with highs in the mid-70s.

Areas like Flagler Beach to Daytona Beach, Port Orange and New Smyrna Beach will have the greatest chance for flooding on Monday.

The chance of rain jumps to 60% on Thursday, with highs near 80 from Tuesday through Thursday.
