Debby made landfall as a hurricane along the Big Bend of Florida.
Outer bands, however, will continue to spiral through Central Florida through the day on Monday. The steadiest and heaviest rain will continue to focus along and around I-75 in Lake, Marion and Sumter counties.
A tropical storm warning remains in effect for these areas.
While the rain will be more scattered in nature along and east of I-4, for Orange, Seminole, Volusia, Brevard and Flagler counties, a few storms could be severe.
Debby is slowed down after making landfall, bringing heavy rain to the Big Bend and Gulf Coast of Florida. The highest flood potential Monday will be in these areas.
Scattered thunderstorms associated with Debby are likely to continue through Tuesday.
